We purposely plan for cooking a bit extra of the freezable meals so you can freeze the leftovers and have some healthy back up.

My mission is to make healthy, sustainable eating, easy.

Highly processed convenience foods packed full of additives, preservatives and flavourings have become the norm. It’s bad for our health, it’s bad for our environment and it’s bad for our soul.

But we live in a world that moves faster than ever before and shows no signs of slowing down, so having the time to cook from scratch often seems like a luxury, or worse, an impossibility!

Unfortunately convenience, health and sustainability can be hard to come by, so that's what I set out to create. Healthy, sustainable meals that can fit into even the most hectic of schedules. No nasties, no funny business, just good honest whole foods cooked with care and frozen fresh to keep the nutrients locked in.
